Cristina Micu, LL.M
Partner of Micu Law, Cristina is member of the Bucharest Bar and graduated from University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree and also a Master's degree in Business Law. She joined the team after working in two globally acclaimed international law firms in Bucharest. Previously, Cristina has acquired strong knowledge and practice in M&A transactions, being involved in numerous cross-border deals, particularly in the Energy sector. In addition, she specializes in Regulatory matters, especially in general permitting and authorizations. As a practitioner, she is very determined and has a deep understanding of legal matters, focusing on finding the best solutions for her clients.
